It was a great experience working with Team Peacock. They organized a wonderful event for my staff of 50, filled with various activities. I merely suggested a two-day program, but they handled all the arrangements flawlessly without any interference from me. They managed the entire event so professionally that no one had any complaints or wasted time. A bus was arranged to pick us up on time in the early morning and take us to various locations in Munnar. For sightseeing, their representatives had prearranged all the facilities, saving us time and avoiding queues. Breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks were served in clean and tidy places with an impressive menu that everyone enjoyed. The first day was well-planned, allowing us to visit and spend sufficient time at all the planned spots. In the evening, we reached our resort, “The Leaf Munnar Resort,” where Team Peacock had already arranged and allocated rooms, allowing us to relax easily after a long journey. At night, they organized a campfire and a special party. On the second day, our meetings were planned at different venues within the resort. Team Peacock and the resort staff arranged all the facilities for the meetings and training sessions, including sound and TV setup, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The food menu, room allocation, room facilities, coordination, and pleasant support provided by Team Peacock were excellent. They are highly reliable for any corporate program. Certainly, if they can handle a large group like ours, they can provide fantastic support to individuals as well. Peacock went above and beyond what they charged us. All our staff were very happy with the coordination and support provided during our trip. With a representative accompanying us throughout the trip, we never faced any issues or limitations. He arranged everything on time according to our convenience.
