3N4D (Jaipur – Ajmer/Pushkar )
- Arrive in Jaipur, After meeting our representative, check in to your hotel
- Begin with Amber Fort (Amer Fort): grand palace-fort on hill, intricate
architecture, mirror work, sweeping views of Maota Lake. Optionally ride an
elephant or jeep up. - Afterwards, visit Jal Mahal (Water Palace) for photos from the road / lake. Though
you can’t go inside, its setting on the lake is picturesque. - Stop at Hawa Mahal (“Palace of Winds”) — admire its facade of many small
windows (jharokhas) - Explore City Palace (near Hawa Mahal) — royal courtyards, museums, art,
architecture. Then Jantar Mantar (astronomical observatory) nearby. - Evening: stroll through Johri Bazaar / Bapu Bazaar to shop for jewellery, textiles,
Rajasthani handicrafts; try street food like kachori, sweets.
- Depart Jaipur early, head to Amber Fort (Amer Fort) first if you haven’t already;
enjoy its ramparts, mirror work, views. - On the way or after leaving Jaipur, stop at Nahargarh Fort or Jaigarh Fort for
panoramic views of the city and surrounding Aravalli hills. - After lunch, drive to Ajmer (approx. 130-150 km depending on route). Check in to
hotel in Ajmer. - Visit Ajmer Sharif Dargah – pilgrimage site, spiritual atmosphere, architecture,
local crowd. - Explore Ana Sagar Lake & Daulat Bagh gardens by the lake – relaxing walk,
boating, nice sunset. - Dinner in Ajmer – try local street food including kadhi-kachori, sweets.
- Overnight stay in Ajmer.
- Depart Ajmer for Pushkar (short drive ~30-45 minutes). On arrival, check into
Pushkar hotel/resort. - Visit Brahma Temple – one of the very few temples dedicated to Lord Brahma,
close to Pushkar Lake. - Walk around the holy Pushkar Lake and the ghats – there are ~52 bathing ghats.
Sacred, peaceful, beautiful at dusk. - Climb up to Savitri Mata Temple on Ratnagiri Hill if you feel energetic – good views
over Pushkar town & lake. - Evening: explore Pushkar Bazaar / Sadar Bazar for souvenirs, decorations, incense,
tapestries, camel pants etc. Enjoy sunset by the lake. - Overnight stay in Pushkar.
- After breakfast, start return journey to Jaipur (or onward if your flight/train leaves
from there). - If time in Jaipur before departure, you could revisit favorite spots or shop for
souvenirs / handicrafts
